Design & Prototyping

We create designs using 3D CAD models or 2d drawings.

Using CAD data we are able to reduce lead times to prototype. With our wealth of industry knowledge and experience, we are able to help our customers redesign their stillages to their specific requirements, helping to improve overall productivity and save on storage and transportation cost.

We can carry out site visits in order to fully understand your production, health and safety and quality needs.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

All of our fabrications are manufactured in-house here in the UK. We have the capacity to manufacture, manage and schedule large orders into production within tight deadlines. We regularly work on projects that require a quick turnaround for our customers. Send us a photo, drawing or even a product, and we can produce the perfect logistical/storage solution, be that a trolley, stillage or cage. When designing/manufacturing we will take into consideration your budget, weight capacity, production process and delivery requirements to ensure your satisfaction.

Finishing

We have many different types of finishes and surface treatments available on our products, these include:

powder coating in any standard RAL or

  • mixed upon request.
  • galvanising
  • electroplating

We can also add logos onto any of our products, be that through engraved metal plates or with stickers.

Dunnage

We have an enviable reputation in designing, manufacturing, and supplying any form of dunnage to any specification that you may require to protect your goods and services whilst in transit. Dunnage works by acting as a cushion when looking to put a product on a stillage. Being a bespoke manufacturer, Dunnage is essential, with companies constantly looking to find storage/logistical solutions for carrying valuable products. Companies within the automotive and aerospace industry look to bespoke manufactured products with dunnage to carry around valuable parts as it prevents damage during the transportation process.

Facilities

We operate in our own custom built production unit covering 1.09 Acres in the heart of the Staffordshire Countryside, allowing us easy access to all UK motorways.

We manufacture from three factory units; two are for production and one is a dedicated painting facility. Our design office operates using the Solid Works 3D 2008 and offers a design service incorporating:

We have Pressbrake, Guillotine and Fabrication Facilities, complemented by our skilled Fabrication Engineers, all of whom hold welding qualifications certified to ISO 9606/1:2013 and also hold Welding Inspectors qualifications BSEN ISO 5817/2007 Quality level C.

Our purpose-built production facility is based in the heart of Staffordshire. We custom build every fabrication, taking the steel from its rawest state straight through to a high-quality product.
